The LIR Tracker Google Sheets for each Division are maintained by Lisa Wiehle, Manage of Outcomes Assessment. Activity is logged on the following schedule 

• September: Plans and Reports Updated

• November: Plans and Reports Updated

• January:  Plans and Reports Updated

• February:  Plans and Reports Updated

• May:  Plans and Reports Updated

• June:  Plans and Reports Updated

• August:  Plans and Reports Updated 

Additionally, the Academic Deans will receive communication with status updates for the Office of Outcomes Assessment in

• Early January (to prepare for Opening Day and Spring semester)

• Early May (to support processing IC pay) 

• Early August (to prepare for Opening Day and Spring semester)

Assessment data in Tableau is updated on the second Monday of every month.
